The menu composed by William Frachot is created by his team from Tuesday to Saturday. The choice of products is guided by the seasons, the desire for originality and new exotic experiences. The various travels of William Frachot are present in his cooking, without curbing the influence of the products of Burgundy, his home region. Thus you will find on his menu Charolais beef, Burgundy snails, as well as the region’s best game during hunting season. The best seafood also features prominently throughout the year: langoustines, oysters, scallops… The “Fresh Fish of the Day” varies daily, accompanied with fresh seasonal vegetables and mushrooms.
