The wine cellar

Burgundy wines are deservedly the major feature of the selection of our Head Sommelier, with a selection of Grands Crus and other less well-known gems.

The spirit of curiosity of the wine list and its harmony with William Frachot’s dishes also extends to other regions of France. Wines from other countries also have their place on our cellar list, offering new and exciting possibilities of food and wine pairings.
