William Frachot's cuisine is that of a terroir lover who promotes the products of his region. He offers signature dishes through which he tells his story, that of a chef who has worked with the greatest (Bernard Loiseau, Fabrice Gillotte, Jacques Lameloise), as well as in England and Canada, and who pays ongoing tribute to the breeders, fishermen and market gardeners who entrust him with their exceptional products.

The restaurant

In terms of decor, the restaurant offer a warm and bright atmosphere, where textures and noble materials such as wood hold a special place.

The William Frachot restaurant also offers you an excellent wine list, selected by Maxime Brunet, voted Best Young Sommelier of France in 2013. Let him guide you for food/wine pairings. He will introduce you to his Burgundy favourites, as well as wines from other French regions and from abroad.

Private space

Adjacent to the restaurant, a private dining room is available to enable you to organise a business meal, a family meal, or a meal with friends in total privacy. Don't hesitate to contact us for any request. Our Chef, William Frachot, will create a personalized menu for you. 


The lounge

The Hotel lounge is the ideal place to relax during the daytime between two visits, or in the evening after your meal.

In a cosy and colourful atmosphere, you will be able to unwind in comfortable armchairs where you can read or have a drink.
