For an exceptional dinner, Chef William Frachot opens the doors of Le Chapeau Rouge to his friend Yoann Conte, two-Michelin-starred chef at La Maison Bleue in Annecy, for a unique gastronomic encounter.

In 2026, the two chefs chose to honor their roots and their beloved regions: Brittany for Yoann Conte and Burgundy for William Frachot. Two regions full of character, shaped by the elements, rich in exceptional culinary heritage and raw ingredients of remarkable quality.
On one side, the salty power of the Atlantic, the sea spray, shellfish, wild fish, and the energy of the Breton coast. On the other, the depth of the Burgundian terroirs, the nobility of the meats, the richness of the sauces, the great wines, and the generosity of the land’s produce.
During this unique evening, these two gastronomic identities will interact with elegance and precision. The dishes will tell a story: that of the sea and the land, the wind and the vines, sincerity and emotion.
A 10-course menu, created exclusively for this event, will be offered to guests. Each dish will be the result of collaboration, exchanges, memories, and shared inspiration. The ingredients will be selected with the utmost care, respecting the seasons and producers. The techniques will be masterful, the cooking precise, the juices rich, and the textures delicate.
