William Frachot is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for a permanent 39-hour-per-week position.

ABOUT US:

The WILLIAM FRACHOT restaurant, holding 2 MICHELIN stars and a member of the GRANDES TABLES DU MONDE.
Hostellerie du Chapeau Rouge is a 4-star hotel with 28 rooms located in the heart of Dijon, renowned for its French art of hospitality.

YOUR ROLE:

Assist the Pastry Chef in daily preparations for the restaurant and hotel.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

  • Diploma or training in pastry arts.
  • Experience in pastry in fine dining restaurants is preferred.
  • Dynamic, serious, team-oriented, curious, creative, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
