“Rooted in my region and its terroir, my cuisine is the expression of a dual ambition: to tell the story of contemporary Burgundy and to share my vision of gastronomy through dishes crafted exclusively with local and seasonal ingredients.

To fully experience this journey, I invite you to place your trust in me and allow yourself to be guided throughout the meal. My ambition is to introduce you to new culinary emotions, to rediscover noble products and lesser-known flavors, and to convey my vision of French gastronomy in a true spirit of sharing.

My front-of-house team will be dedicated to sharing my story and the spirit of this house with you through sincere, attentive service guided by the same sense of hospitality and generosity that inspires our table.

Alongside them, Maxime Brunet and Manuel will guide you through our wine list and pairing selections, as well as their alcohol-free creations, thoughtfully designed to enhance and perfect the balance of each moment of the dining experience.”
